I see that she uses the Kari-Tek carrier, made in the UK. I have found this on the net. It looks really interesting and secure, and she has a custom rack on hers. Kari-Tek is unable to take more orders till the fall because they are swamped.
Kayaks on very tall vehicles

During the winter I get down to Key Largo for a couple of months and it always amazing to see these 4x4 camper outfits that come out of New York State with their 21' plus kayaks up on top of a 12' high roof level, I just stand there in awe looking at these giants, last year I was trying to position my S-10 with my 12' kayak on top next to one of these outfits to take a picture just to show the sizes of these things. I suggest you call around some outfitters in upstate New York and ask them about provened kayak rack tie downs on these elevated roofs--

Thinking about this last night…if you tow a small car behind the RV, mount the kayaks on the roof of the car as normal…problem solved…
if not towing a car, have you considered a trailer?
