I too have a QCC700 and built a mini
cell under thigh support. I used a Eric Jackson idea, from his whitewater boats. It is minicell formed to the contour of the out side of the boat and shaped to a contour that lifts your thighs up into the brace. you then remove a midway through the horizontal section halfway through from the inside. This gives it some give to allow an easy exit.Make the pattern from cardboard til it is right then,cut the rough shape on a band saw and finish with sandpaper.
