Weathercocking question

And a Skeg is Stupid Easy to Work
Ya pretty much lower it until the weathercocking stops.

I do know that trick
… extended paddle and sweep stroke on the side I’m weathercocking toward, and just a quick high angle stroke on the other side. That’s how I was told and it worked somewhat, but that day the wind was strong enough I felt I needed more help. I am hoping to demo some kayaks with skegs soon. There are some events coming up.

Shuttlecock versus shuttlebunny, that’s
my issue. Weathercock is just a guy who can’t make up his mind about whether to paddle or not in the face of doubtful weather.
