What does WP mean on an OT

Could you make a recommendation as to the best recipe for making a mint julep?

Aside from fine bourbon, fresh ground mint, and powdered sugar, is there anything I’m missing?

The mintjulep mint julep
In a low-ball glass:

Add a wee bit of water, one teaspoon of powdered sugar (I actually make a diet version with Splenda) and 15 - 20 fresh mint leaves. Muddle a bit to bruise the leaves - you don’t need to pulverize them. Add ice. Fill with good bourbon. Stir, then force the mint leaves back to the bottom of the glass. Garnish with another spring of mint.

Adjourn to the veranda and enjoy.

All quantities are approximate, and may be adjusted to taste.
