I assume that you mean Heath’s and Arima’s “Eastern Arctic Kayaks” – I only have a short chapter in it on technique. As far as I know the second printing is available. I’d recommend that you support the Heath’s and get a copy via Jessie Heath (John’s widow) at http://home.earthlink.net/%7Ejheath1821/
Just for disclosure, my royalties amounted to a few free copies of the book so I don’t have any vested interest in where you purchase a copy.
