Many years ago in scuba diving, several agencies started charging folks for the cost of resque and decompression. The person usually only did this once and always spread the word about the expense. Maybe something like this would help.
It may sound cold but Darwinism is unfortunately relegated to science and history books. How can we possibly save people from themselves?
I didn’t make the trip this fall to the Boundary Waters which you helped me with due to work schedules. I did get the maps you suggested and look forward to the trip this fall.
