I bumped into competing stories about this tract, from last fall indicating it was for sale as well as statements from Hendrickson that he would not sell to the State or to private developers who would break it up. Curious if anyone up there has seen any indications of change.

I shot email to an ADK person this morning as well. Word l got back just now was the 180 etc price tag was out of the reach of the State and any land trusts. And it was probably three times what the price should be.
So was Hendrickson putting out a price to help him get grounds to ultimately subdivide? Does a duck quack?
That is utterly horrible.
