They have found ancient ships and in one case built a duplicate and sailed it. Performance was different than modern boats but surprisingly good once they got some experience with it. Maybe someone will build a duplicate of these boats too.

Very cool. The Mediterranean coast was being traveled by sea even in the early neolithic.
