8" hatch cover

I need a new hatch cover for my cd sirocco day hatch (8"). The current design one it came with sucked and has broken. Any suggestions. Thanks.

Kajak-Sport
CD uses Kajak-Sport hatches on their Brit-Style boats. They are available from many outfitters who carry boats which use them - NDK, P&H, Swift, TideRace, as well as Kajak-Sport among others.
