Just thought I would put this out there. I came across this at the Small Craft Advisor.

Not a bad concept. Would be sturdier than straps holding a kayak shaped cart to a flat bottom canoe. I fold mine up and stash it behind the seat that could be made to break down.
I have thought a lot about building an axle right into the canoe and using bike wheels.
Things you can think about on a all day float.
