I paddled my Pintail on some nice Lake Erie surf last weekend and was able to keep it straight some of the time.I’m not an experienced surfer,in the past surf was something I launched or landed in if neccessary but rarely played in.
I did get maytagged twice and did my first two honest combat rolls within a minute of each other,first one on my offside.The rolls themselves were no big deal but a real boost for my confidence.
It was a ton of fun but have to concede with Sing,if you are serious about surf a shorty is the way to go.
