Decided to give canoeing
Can you tell if the chop in the stern for a trolling motor is original or added by an owner? On a quick glance I wonder if this canoe originally had a pointed stern.
@Celia I’m 99% sure it’s factory. I sanded the entire thing down and there were no signs inside or outside of a modification. I did see an old Apache canoe with the same crossed oars on the seats but being new to all this I’m not sure if that’s specific to just one brand.
