Anyone know who manufactures West Marine kayaks?

I have found West Marine kayaks to be a nice budget boat and very durable, far better than the Sundolphin line.

I was wondering who the actual manufacturer is.

It may vary among products such that different manufacturers make different products.

I did see something that said that Advanced Elements was making some or all of their inflatable kayaks for a while.
