Anyone knowledgeable in Minicell details?

I need to order a big sheet and I was going to get it from The Foam Factory. They have two general categories of Minicell: Minicell-L XLPE (cross linked polyethylene) and Minicell-T EVA (cross linked ethylene-vinyl acetate). And for both there are different densities (200, 300, 380, etc.). I want something that is basically like the normal padding you get for kayak outfitting. Does anyone know what that is?
