My wife and I our preparing for our sometimes sorta semi-annual rock climbing trip to Vedauwoo, WY. I thought we might bring the canoe along and get some paddling in too. Looks like Rob Roy Reservoir is pretty close. Have any of you done any paddling or camping there?
Yeah long time ago.
It’s a nice spot, but crowded on weekends in the summer.
Small lake. Check campgrounds are open, since many western campgrounds are closed due to budget cuts.

Thanks for the info. Looks like there are a few other option close by too. Maybe we will get on the Laramie River, that looks nice.
