Is there anyone out there that can give me some hands on imformation about these boats? are they a good fishing platform?

I have rented this boat and find that it tracks very badly. It is however a very stable and well built boat. They are made in London Ontario Canada. I think they would be easy to added your accessories for fishing. Just add a rudder system like my buddy did and it would be fine. You should consider the Dagger Approach 9 or 10 depending on your size. I currently have this boat and have taken it on the Great Lakes and rivers in my area. It comes with a skeg so tracking is great. Good luck.
I have paddled the Liberty a few times
I didn’t care for it at all the first time out, liked it okay after that. Never fished from it, but it is plenty stable and the cockpit is large. Skeg helps tracking a good bit.
It is certainly not like having a SOT with a big tankwell, so if you can fish without a ton of gear it’ll be fine.
