My Jeep Grand Cherokee has the factory rails and the two bars that can be moved to different front or rear positions. What would be the best type of kayak rack to use with this vehicle? I was reading about the Yakima Bow Down rack. Would that be a good one?

I had a GC when I started kayaking and used the foam blocks that were slotted to fit the bars. They were cheap and worked great.
