Boat Design for Long Distant Race

I am thinking of entering the Missouri River 340 Race. That is a 340 mile race to be completed in 100 hrs.

What suggestion do you have for a boat and why?

canoe?
spencer extreme. it’s long, skinny, has a rudder and is well-proven on those types of races.



some people add rudders to C1 marathon boats, other paddle unmodified advantages.



i’d go with the spencer extreme.

Comfort
go for comfort, you’re gonna spend a lot of time sitting in it. Kruger comes to mind, they’re known for being comfortable.
