Bow/Stern handles....

I want to replace the bow and stern toggles on an older yak with handles like white water boats have.

Anyone have a source for such things?

why?
Why replace them? Toggles seem a lot safer in rough water, when the boat wants to swivel around, than fixed handles that can dislocate your shoulder.
