I hope I can camp here when I go on vacation.. any thoughts? I want to paddle Grayson lake while I am down there primarily being in WV but will go to Ky just to experience this place.. a FB page peep gives Grayson lake a thumbs up must paddle place so i hope to get there too!

Wow I cant believe I errored the subject here! Bruin Lake is in Michigan...I have been there several times and love it! This message should have read Grayson Lake state park,Ky!!! Doh!

I believe there is a Bruin something or other there but the state park is in Kentucky… Grayson Lake is the main area I want to go to…
Grayson
Is a beautiful place to paddle. Look for the Clifty Creek ramp. The laurel canyon heritage center ramp is good too and away from boat traffic. Lots of waterfalls and feeder creeks to explore.
Bruin ramp is on the main part of the lake, not the best but good to access Lick Falls.

I hooked onto the Tristate kayakers from Huntington,WV paddling page on FB and there r alot of ideas there! I will likely hook up with George and wife for a paddle and anyone else that cares to join me and the kids aka the dogs!
