Buying Tarpon 140

Hey,
I'm buying a tarpon 140 and I'm curious as to what price any of you would be willing to pay on a used Tarpon 140 kayak by Wilderness Systems. As far as I know, it's in good condition with only normal wear and tear. It's an older year and will come with a paddle and vest (neither are anything expensive). I just want to see what price is a fair deal.

I sold a 140 in excellent condition that
was a year old for $650. For an older boat I would start at half retail and go down based on condition.

In general…
In general, I look at used plastic boats at 1/3 to 2/3 of the new price. Age, condition, etc. would set where within this range. Add in less than half the new price for the oaddle, PFD, etc., if they are things you would use.
