Fire
The other day in town we could smell the smoke. It sounds like they are starting to get an edge on it from recent reports. It’s up to about 1000 acres, but hasn’t gotten to the Gunflint yet. Today is much cooler, but there is a slight breeze (at least on Lake Superior.) I’ve been meaning to get up to the fire, but it’s a 45 minute drive up the Gunflint and I haven’t had a chance to make it.

Hopefully they get a hold on it before it spreads.
