I am wondering if I need to register my 13 ft. canoe equipped with a 3o# electric trolling motor in the State Of Oregon? If so, what are the additional requirements. I know life vests but what else? Thanks, Ron

Time for you to do some study on USCG regs. , water safty recomendations , and up the bar a little bit .
