Can anyone tell me the best way to canoe through the breached Enfield Dam and rapids - I'm looking to go in low water in Aug time frame.

But I’d avoid running the dam if I were you. I grew up near it, and it’s killed quite a few paddlers and other small boaters.
I know it has been run successfully in recent years, probably due to deterioration of the dam breaking up the hydraulic at the bottom, but that’s something you’d have to scout at the time. It’d be reckless to suggest a route over a lowhead dam.
