I see some kayaks fitted with small, mesh bags attached on each side of the cockpit. They’re inside (of course)and usually hang around the knee area. I’d like these for my WS Tarpon but can’t seem to find them anywhere.

I haven’t seen any specifically sold for that use, but some outdoor shops (REI, etc) have small mesh bags for camping articles. Also, look anywhere that sells school supplies and check out the pencil bags. A lot of them are nylon mesh with zippers.

made by Northwater; Interior Mount Cockpit Bags ($75/pair incl. quick release mounts). Don’t know if the mesh construction is critical for you or not.
