Hiya,
Was wondering if any of you chillcheater cag owners use it on the river or in the surf zone. When I am in a play park (rolling a lot!) it seems to not keep me dry. I have the adjustable neck and I do tighten it quite a bit … I think its possible that its also leaking from the long sleeve …
your thoughts would be appreciated.

when surfing i do not bother with an
extreme dry top…usually in warm weather i am just wearing fuzzy rubber or a rash guard…
colder weather i wear a top (or dry suit) from stohlquist or IR that has a neoprene gasketed neck-not latex…
they work great for me…
i do nto mind getting a bit wet when i can just hop off the wave and walk back to the car…

Non-adjustable neck
I have no experience with the adjustable neck but I have two chillcheaters with non adjustable necks that I use in whitewater. I get slightly wetter than with a latex seal but still ok and worth it to be more comfortable. Even with latex seals I find I get some water inside if I’m continuously rolling.
