Choosing a paddle for exercise

Get yourself a paddle with a fairly large surface area. Like a werner shuna. Get a reasonably narrow boat ( 24-21 " ) and do normal aerobic paddling for 15 mins. Then do 10 sprints. 20 paddles for the first—40 paddles for the second one—until you det to 100 -addles.





Descend from 100 to 20 paddles. These sprints should be anaerobic-like a great white is chasing you. Make shure you rest enough in between sprints.





Finish with a 10 min. cool down. And beg for someone to help load your kayak back at the putin.
