Does anyone own or have any information about cobra kayaks, particulary cobra navigators???

With a 31" beam, it’s long suit is stability for diving, fishing, etc., so it depends upon your intended use. Many things are a matter of perception, by I think of Heritage, Necky and Wilderness Systems for perfomance SOTs and Ocean Kayak for rugged structure and ability to take on the waves. WS and OK seem to be more cutting edge as far as updating designs. WS and OK also have some real fishing machines.
I have a cobra explorer and love it. I liked the navigator but didn’t need a boat that long. I have paddled in Monterey bay in all conditions (up to 14 miles) in my explorer and loved it. It handles all types of seas very well
