6" more snow 2 nights ago and this morning at first light it was -16F and a 12-15 MPH breeze.
Whining about the weather is like whining about aging. Whine all you like, but you (meaning me ) don’t get any voting rights at all about the situation.
Dumbbell front raises are good. I do 10-15 lbs in each hand, lots of reps. Holding the paddle up in forward can be tiring and that will built fitness.
If you have access to a cable machine or even stretch cables that can be great. Downward chops, upward chops, any kind of rotation were you are holding the cable.
