That is a three-layer polyethylene boat. Polyethylene cracks under stress and on hard impacts. Sometimes only the inner solid layer of the poly will crack and sometimes only the outer solid layer.



It is a heavy boat. While it may still be serviceable, I personally would not pay half of what the person is asking.

I wonder if it
flew off the rack on the interstate and hit a bridge abutment maybe?

How about ?
Use it as:



kiddy pool?

sand box for kids?

raised flower bed?



But only if you can get it for about $25.00; which is probably about what it’s worth.
