I recently bought a Dagger Quintus whitewater canoe paddle at a yard sale. I think it dates back to the 1980s or so. It seems like a very nice paddle. Does anyone know how much it would have sold for new?

Hmmm, is it wood? Mine is wood with
"shoulders" at the top edges of the blade. Back in those days, a GOOD wooden paddle was often not much over $100, if the maker had the blade carving process semi-automated.
