I ate at that bridge/building restaurant in the bottom photo when we were there a few years ago. Thought it was a good seafood restaurant.

In one of the pictures there’s a car stuck on a “pavement island” where a road was damaged. I can’t begin to imagine what that would have been like with the ground opening up all around you…
It could have been much worse. I remember this one when I was a sapling.
