I have an old Old Town Dirigo and want to adjust the seat lower by moving the tabs on the seat support to a lower horizontal slot. I don’t want to break anything trying to do that so thought I’d get some advice first. Does one simply pry up on the tab from behind using a flat screwdriver while pulling the tab out or is there a better way? See pics of seat and highlighted tab.
