Knowing the Dismal stems form the above link into USGS where the at this time, most northern fracking quake fractures this morning as part of a repetitive cycle following the band of quakes you will see from NB to Sea of Cortez…thru Dallas area of course.
The eastern Rockies side near Raton/Trinidad where there are thousands of gas wells is the usual area for these quakes but go north they do and here you will see the Dismal running along a hill/ridge we see as a prairie geological boundary.
The focus of our interest in the Dismal. Prairie canoeing thru a prairie ecosystem filled with prairieness and prairie critters.
I may try the fall Niobrara if the levels are passable.
