This is hardly the first time this topic has been raised, but what photos that were out there in previous threads seem to have disappeared.
Looking to build with my grandson a kayak storage rack, ideally one that can handle six boats.
Any suggestions, plans and/or photos?

This should give you an idea. Rack length is 8’ . Arm length is whatever you want it to be.
I’m not using the upper arms now because it isn’t easy to put boats there and makes it difficult to keep the tarp in place with all the wind we’ve been having.
All the vertical supports are anchored in concrete.
Lenghts vary from 12 to 16 feet. All under 50 pounds, some under 40 pounds.
Not sure but for six can you put three on each side of two posts?
