Well, the title say’s it all. I found one company/person in Estonia who makes one but wondering if there are other options.
Wood or carbon?
I can make one for you. If interested, PM me and we’ll talk.
either (given the option I’d choose cedar though)

Also, this page: Greenland Paddles | Qajaq Rolls has a list of US paddle makers. Who knows if it’s current or not, but there are some well known names on the list.
The Estonians make some nice paddles. I bought a wood Eastpole 2-piece GP last year and have been very happy with it, comparable to my custom cedar one piece in weight and feel. Still slightly prefer the one piece but I do need a breakdown for travel and itis a close second even for local use.
I have also found individual GP makers on Etsy who seem to put out some decent sticks.
I purchased a Greenland storm paddle in western red cedar (unfinished) for $272 from Shaw and Tierney in May as a front deck spare for my Dagger Stratos 14.5L - see picture.
Specs:
72" long (custom length)
3 1/2" wide blades
unshouldered
around 8" loom length
around 1 1/4" loom diameter
round loom cross section
Try Joe O Paddles. Not sure if he’s currently building paddles, but I a really nice set of 3 paddles (greenland, storm, rolling stick) from him a few years back .
Beale Paddles in Oregon also crafts custom Greenland wood paddles:
He serializes them and their specs so he can recreate your paddle should you need another one; I have S/N 739 from about 6 years ago.
Thanks everyone for the helpful information. Like Eric, I’m looking for a more manageable (vs a full-length) spare for my front deck when paddling in relatively benign conditions (for other conditions I’ll keep a full-length spare on the fore-deck).
