I’m looking at this cup holder:

I just got a pelican trailblazer 100. Has anyone used this cup holder with this kayak?

I found the cup holder at NRS and the info there states: “The coil at the top stretches out about 2” to clip around a wide variety of objects and holds securely."

You can measure your kayak where you want to place it and see if it fits. Maybe use some duct tape to keep it secure.
