Anyone here paddled around Michigan’s Drummond Island? Will probably go in June. It seems at least half the shoreline is state forest open for bush camping. Looking for points of interest, a good place to park a car for a week, and any other tips or lessons learned.
I haven’t but Tim Galway (Kayak to the Sea) has & has guided in the area. He has day one of a trip posted on YouTube. Hopefully more is coming:
