Anyone gone on an extended trip on this river?? I have the name of a couple of outfitters in Columbia, TN that rent canoes for day trips but am looking for folks that have paddled from Columbia to Kentucky Lake.
Looking for info on possible camping issues, take out options etc.

There is a take out at Centerville, from there to KY lake is fairly slow moving water and largly private property. I have been on the Duck around Columbia and centerville to ky lake but not between Centerville and Columbia. There are several good take out spots around the mouth of the duck.
