I purchased a # 4 waxed canvas Duluth Pack new in 2007. Recently I noticed that the bottom was wearing through. I contacted the company and was told to send the pack to them. Shipped it out Monday. Well, The Duluth Pack Company contacted me today and told me that the premature wear was covered under warranty and they are going to replace my pack!! The Duluth Pack Company is AWESOME!!!
