It appears that only at USCA nationals are the specs as written in USCA by-laws or whatever followed for sea and touring kayaks. Q700 and Epic are classed against one another in all of the races down here and everywhere else that I have been.

yes postponed. The e-mail he sent said that due to damage to Waterplay which provide alot of support to the event, they had no recourse but to postpone it. Check with him for more specifics though.
