You seem to be talking to yourself.
First, the only people who read this thread are roller or those who're learning to roll. So blasting those who don't bother to learn is talking to an empty room. They're not reading this thread!
Second, those who say they pratice self-rescue are the same people who would soon learn to roll. If you look at the message history, you would have noticed that.
