Fair price for used inflatable kayak

I am selling my 4 year old and little used Advance Elements AdvanceFrame AE1012 to a friend. It's in good condition and needs 2 replacement tubes ($10) for the combing. I can't figure what is a fair price. The original price was $350. Any ideas? By the way, not a bad kayak for someone who has no storage. It gave me the bug for kayaking.

I think $250 would be fair for this model. This is about what I see them going for on craigslist etc.

Thanks - I looked on craigslist in Boston and Portland, OR & couldn’t find anything comparable.
