New to the world of Kayaks! I recently ordered one of Falcon Sails Kayak sails. I got an in-stock one, but its been over 2 weeks and I haven’t heard anything back from them. I sent an email yesterday, which hasn’t been replied to. Are they still trading, or is this typical customer service from them? Are they out kayaking somewhere? I’m in Canada, so that may have something to do with it. Thanks!
They are usually pretty responsive. Patrick, the owner is active on several Facebook forums, and possibly on this forum as well. He definitely could be out paddling, but two weeks seems a bit long. Have you tried calling?
