Looking for a relatively fast rotomolded (low cost) SOT for 6 ft, 230 pound male for general recreational use that is 11 to 12 ft long (to keep the weight down and easy storage) Wife has a OK Venus 11 which is a tad small for me. Open to suggestions please. Thanks
Not going to be fast at that length ever.
6’3"/230# is pretty large for such a short SOT if you want it to be fast. A little longer will be better, e.g. BIC Scapa, read the reviews here.
I don’t know how fast it is but I just got a Hurricane Skimmer that is pretty quick, and light for a SOT.

My Skimmer is a 14’ .I am 6’5", 230 lbs. I agree that 12’ is too small for you. Your weight will sink the fast right out of a 12’. Mine weighs 52#.
