We will be there in two weeks and have never been there before.
Can anyone who has paddled there give us any good routes, tips, etc.

Beautiful but watch low tide
The park is located along Pellicer Creek opposite Princess Place Preserve which may be worth looking at if you will be camping. They (princess) have creek side campsites with docks and access. Faver Dykes has a concrete ramp. Beautiful area with lots of scenery and wildlife, your timing looks good too.
Pellicer Creek winds inland for several miles and is in itself a day well spent. It empties into Pellicer Flats and unless you’re with a local who knows the flats I will caution you about low water. Plenty of stories of folks waiting for tide to come in there. Oysters are common in the flats too.
Here’s a trip report and pictures: http://www.everytrail.com/view_trip.php?trip_id=1596263
Also close are Haw Creek and Lake Disston - Beautiful paddling!
Thanks
that is a good trip report, and thanks for the heads up on the tides.
We are alway mindful of them.
It sounds like we won’t be disappointed as long as the weather cooperates.
