Hi I’m thinking abouy buying a Feathercraft Java. I’ve been paddling an OK Srambler and want a SOT that will give me better performance. Weight is an issue. I car top and max out with the 45 lb Srambler. The Java is listed at 36 lbs. I can’t find a Java to demo and would like input from any of you that have tried or own one. On the video of it on the Feathercraft website it seems to sag in the seat area while being paddled. What is the real assembly time? What are the pros and cons?
