Here is the latest in Old Towne fishing kayaks . One of our fellow Sea kayakers has one of the pedal boats. He is a task to keep up with. They have a powered one that will GPS “spot lock”. At what point does a SOT fishing kayak become a “skiff”?

Well, I don’t know when it becomes a skiff, but it ceases to be a kayak if you don’t paddle or pedal it.

I am seriously considering an Old Town pdl - because I am moving to Charleston, SC and the power and speed should be great on the tidal creeks and flats.
