Fishing Northern NJ Freshwater

I just moved to Essex County NJ from and looking for freshwater bodies of water to fish for bass from my kayak. Any suggestions for bodies of water and put-in/launch info would be appreciated. No issues traveling, so any suggestions for all of the Northern or Central NJ counties welcome.

Between Ringwood, NJ and West Milford, NJ has quite an offering of Largemouth Bass, Smallmouth Bass, Catfish, Channel Catfish, Calico Bass(Black Crappie), Yellow Perch, Chain Pickerel, Northern Pike, Sunfish, Trout, Walleye.



Should keep you busy for a while.
