Looking for any info on FL rivers closed by hurricanes. Thinking of maybe a Panhandle trip this Feb. Anyone aware of conditions on Chipola, Econfina Creek, Sweetwater/Juniper Creeks, Shoal, Perdido, Blackwater, or Yellow rivers ?

Info on closed rivers in other FL area also much appreciated

Thanx

coast guard response rapid
got to give the coasties credit, they were out immediately after the storm clearing navigational hazards. They hired the local tow companys to assist and hired me to locate lost channel markers and to locate underwater debris. They brought in a barge with a crane to remove things as they were located. My job was to run search patterns and locate , mark and then rig with chains objects that might be consider a hazard. the braille diving was’nt all that fun , and searching a little tense ,pucker factor was there, when your’e looking for something you can hit.you drive at an idle. recovered 5 channel markers , a 25ft tall range marker, and lots sunken docks and sailboats in and about key west harbour. They were on the job.
